Non-Stop

Whoa, it's the middle of January 2012, and I'm just blogging. It's been a busy couple of weeks...

I graduated.
This is the only picture with my purple Honor Stole because that thing was slippery, and I lost it shortly after this picture...it was never to be found.

Aaron went to Mexico with some North Texas Youth Pastors,
and while he was gone, I made some yummy dishes for him to enjoy when he returned!
I used Pinterest and our church cookbook, and I felt really housewifey. ;)
Aaron doesn't love pumpkin bread,
but he tried.
It eventually molded. :(
This potato soup was my absolute favorite.
Next time I will add more cheese.
Puppy Chow.
I should've stole some of this
to enjoy on my trip!

Aaron loved this mexican casserole,
and to be honest, it was really good.

When Aaron finally returned, he hit the ground running with me. We celebrated a new addition to the family, a sister not a baby, had a Christmas service, went to Hominy to celebrate Christmas with my family, ate lunch with our good friends Abby and Nolan, and made it to Byers just in time to enjoy a Christmas party with the youth.
Aren't we cute?! :)
After the Christmas party, it was go time for me. I started packing for Christmas with family and Korea; I bought all the Christmas presents I could find--sorry my Christmas presents weren't up to par this year...I was a little tied up; and I tried to spend some time with my honey before I was gone from him for an entire 5 or 6 weeks. We opened Christmas presents from each other, and check this out:

Aaron got me this handy dandy little Kindle Fire for Christmas! For real, this guy is the best. I'd always said that I wouldn't buy myself an e-book thing because I didn't want to use my money on them, and I felt like it was cheating on books. Buuuut, my sweet boyfriend said he that since I was going into this whole book industry, I needed to be up on the technology. And he researched the differences between Nook and Kindle and decided that this little beauty would be most useful. Apparently I can edit papers on it--yessssssssss--but I have yet to figure that out.

After Christmas, my cousin Suzi and I jumped on a plane to from Tulsa to Denver and met up with Aubry and Liz and flew to San Francisco where we met up with Eli, Sam, Justin and Calvin to fly to South Korea where we met up with the last of our team, Emilie and Thais. Yup, I've been in South Korea since the day after Christmas.

I've been teaching at Christian English camps, and half of my team has been teaching at a University English camp. It's been a complete challenge, and I totally miss my family, friends and sweetheart--go ahead and gag--but it's been a blast. God's been using our group in ways we never could've imagined.

These are my babies--3rd grade level cuties. :)
I'm beyond ready to be home, but I'm not necessarily ready to leave this place, which is good because I visit my sister in Indonesia next week!!! Oh, travels!!
